A Little Piece About Me...


I would like to thank you for visiting my site and seeking a professional pastry chef to create a vital piece to your special occasion.

I have been working in the Pastry Arts for over 14 years, and received my degree from
 Johnson & Wales University
in 2003.

In 1995, I started my culinary career at the Sweet Heart Market as a baker and cake decorator. In 1999, I joined the
 Century Club, a private country club in upstate
New York as the head Pastry Chef. It was here that I realized that I had a love for creating unique and exquisite pastries.

I decided to pursue a degree in the pastry arts at
Johnson & Wales University, located in Charleston,
SC. While pursuing my education at Johnson & Wales, I gained valuable experience at the Westin Resort and the Café at Wexford, both located on Hilton Head Island.

Upon graduation, I honed my skills at 
Kaminsky's dessert café, a local
Charleston favorite for the sweet tooth. In the Fall of 2004, I was asked to join the opening pastry team for The Sanctuary hotel, located on Kiawah Island Resort. Now, I am able to bring my passion and creativity to you.
